Purchasing a gift for someone else? After your order is placed you will receive an email with the link to complete our shopping questionnaire. Check your spam and promotional folders and be sure to mark us as Not Spam.
The person who purchases the gift is the one who receives the email with the shopping survey link, not the person receiving the gift unless you purchase the gift card.

Completing the Survey
The survey can be completed by anyone you choose as long as they can answer the questions on behalf of the gift recipient.
If you’re purchasing a custom gift for someone else and you want it to be a surprise, you’ll need to complete the survey on their behalf.
